How long will my order take to arrive? 

For all orders, please allow up to 48 hours for processing regardless of the shipping speed selected. Shipping timelines do not include weekends or holidays.  You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

We are working very hard to make this happen as soon as possible. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when it happens. Until then we apologize for the inconvenience.

Can I return my item for a full refund?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase.  You can return an unworn item with tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date.  Start a return HERE.

What if something's wrong with my order?

If your item is damaged or flawed in any way, let us know with in 14 days of your order and we will gladly ship you a replacement.  Please contact customer service for fastest service info@hinokiincommon.com

Do you have a PR program for influencers?
